Redesign Preview: It's the little things...

Last week, we started rolling out the redesign to just a fraction of our users. If you don't have it yet, remember you will have it over the next week. In the meantime, we wanted to tell you a little bit more about it. Though the overall change is in the layout we told you about previously, it's the little things that will change the way you use the site. We know you love orkut's simplicity, so we've tried to make things even more simple by re-organizing the headers and footers. After talking to a lot of you, we learned that the most important pages are your homepage, scrapbook, friends and communities. So we've given these pages the most prominent spots in the header. In the footer we've added a link to the help center and "what's new," which links to this blog.
