You probably noticed a visual change on orkut today. It's the new top bar! We've made some visual improvements not only to make your pages look prettier, but also more cleaner and similar to other Google products:
You'll notice a new link called "scraps", a quick way to access your scrapbook from any page. We also moved the "themes" menu there, so your most important links are now all in one place.
But you'll actually see the major improvements more clearly when you apply a theme to your profile. Any theme now looks nicer on your page, changing the background and colors on the top of the page as well:
